I’m a Belle Plaine graduate and married to my wife Heather who also was a Belle Plaine graduate.  We were both born and raised in this outstanding community and I’m happy to be back here in a leadership role.

Professional Experience

Current position:  Belle Plaine Middle School Principal for 4 years.

Previous Experience

I started my experience in Education in 2001 as a Para Educator and Coach at Belle Plaine High school.  After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree I was hired in the Haysville school District and began teaching at Haysville Middle School and eventually opening Haysville West Middle where I started their Football program and taught Weights and conditioning along with PE for 8 years.  I then became Transportation Director for the Haysville School District for 3 years and ended my tenure in the District as Athletic Director and Assistant Principal at Campus High School.
